Community Service

Community Service and Civic Pride is instilled in 4-H youth through both club and County-level service projects.  Typically there is one County Community Service activity per month, they are listed below and are announced at individual club meetings.

January: Crayons for Hospitalized Children

February: Valentine cards to your local Senior Center

Make Valentine cards for Seniors at your local convalescent/senior center, call and arrange drop off or a time to visit

 

March: Support a local Shelter

Workday at the Fairgrounds Photo Albums

Workday at the Fairgrounds 2014 & 4-H Centennial

Over 70 4-H youth, volunteers and parents spent the morning cleaning and painting at the Fairgrounds!  THEN they helped set up for the Centennial event!  Great event and a great effort by all!
