The Program Leadership Unit is organized to assist the University of California Cooperative Extension in planning, promoting and carrying out 4-H youth development work.
Contra Costa 4-H Program Leadership Unity is comprised of 4-H club leaders, adult volunteers and youth leadership. Our meetings are open to all members.
